How We Can Help

We will work with you to find the best solution for your empty property. There are two main ways in which we can help you:

1. Restore Buy

This is the solution for you if you want to sell your empty property. Technically, this is called the Purchase and Repair model.

  • One of our expert surveyors will establish the work needed to bring your property up to the Decent Homes Standard. This is the minimum standard expected by government for social housing.
  • We agree a purchase price with you and buy your property outright.
  • We do the work to bring the home up to standard and rent it out to someone looking for an affordable home.

2. Restore Rent

This is the solution for you if you want to work with us to bring your property back into use, receive a monthly payment and keep ownership of your property. Technically, this is called the Leaseback model.

  • One of our expert surveyors will establish the work needed to bring your property up to the Decent Homes Standard. This is the minimum standard expected by government for social housing.
  • We enter into a lease arrangement with you for a period of 5–15 years and agree a monthly payment that we will make directly to you.
  • We do the work to bring the home up to standard and rent it out to someone looking for an affordable home.
  • At the end of the lease period you get your property back with nothing else to pay.
